Clara could have debuted as Girls’ Generation member?
Clara revealed that she could have been a part of SM Entertainment.
The sexy model appeared as guest on the June 17th episode of tvN’s ‘Taxi’ and explained why she didn’t signed a contract with SM Entertainment.
Clara shared, “I got cast by a SM casting director. I even met Lee Soo Man and almost signed a contract.” MC Jung Hyung Moo then added, “You could have debuted as part of an SM girl group”, to which she replied, “I probably would have become a Girls’ Generation member.”
However, Clara explained, “My mother wanted me to be an actress and my father had a hard time as a part of the group Koreana so I ended up not signing the contract.” Continue reading

MV for Sunny’s OST single “Second Drawer” released!
Girls’ Generation’s Sunny recently released her single “Second Drawer” for MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘The Queen’s Classroom’ OST and this time, the full music video has been revealed.
“Second Drawer” is the theme song of one of the main students, Shim Hana, played by child-actress Kim Hyang Gi. The song is an emotional ballad consists of a lyrical melody that harmonizes well with Sunny’s vocal color and style.

Girls Generation’s Yuri, Hyoyeon and Shinhwa’s Lee Minwoo to appear on Mnet’s ‘Dancing 9’ as dance masters
Girls Generation’s Yuri and Hyoyeon, and Shinhwa’s Lee Minwoo will be appearing on Mnet’s newest global dance survival show, ‘Dancing 9’, as “K-pop dance masters” alongside other notable stars Lee Yongwoo, Park Jiwoo, Park Jieun, Woo Hyunyoung and more.
Known as the dancing queens of the Girls Generation, Yuri and Hyoyeon will join Shinhwa’s Lee Minwoo and the others on coaching the show’s contestants as K-pop dance masters. They will be sharing their experiences and help contestants who are trying to make a name for themselves with dancing.
Yuri and Hyoyeon said, “We want to share the fashion, trend, stage performance, team work, and other things we’ve gained through group activities, as well as various experiences and know-hows to ‘Dancing 9’ contestants. We will try our best to give them the most practical help.”
Mnet’s ‘Dancing 9’ will start on July 20th at 11 pm (KST).

Girls’ Generation’s Yuri opens Instagram account
Yuri became the third Girls’ Generation member to open a personal Instagram account.
On June 13th, Yuri opened an Instagram account under the username “yulyulk”. She started off with a lovely picture of herself taken from the press conference for Girls’ Generation’s “2013 Girls’ Generation’s World Tour – Girls & Peace” tour.
Yuri is now the third member of Girls’ Generation to join the photo sharing service, following Taeyeon and Hyoyeon.

Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany meets Brad Pitt for an interview
Girl’s Generation’s Tiffany led an exclusive interview with popular Hollywood’s actor Brad Pitt.
On June 11th, Brad Pitt, who visited Korea for movie ‘World War Z’, had an interview with Girl’s Generation’s Tiffany at Gyeongbokgung in Seoul. This interview was for SBS ‘One Night of TV Entertainment.’
Brad Pitt was interviewed at the Geunjeongjeon in Gyeongbokgung, which holds the king’s throne. He was the first foreign star to be interviewed at this location. After his interview, the actor attended a red carpet event that was held Cheonggye Square, and met up with his fans.
‘World War Z’ based on a novel of the same title, centers on an outbreak of a zombie apocalypse where Brad Pitt plays a role of an investigator with the United Nations.
Girls’ Generation’s YoonA still lovely even after the concert
Girls’ Generation’s YoonA showcased her unfading beauty even after hours of non-stop performance.
Over the weekend, Girls’ Generation kickstarted the first leg of their ‘2013 Girls’ Generation’s World Tour – Girls & Peace’ at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul. After the concert, YoonA was spotted leaving the concert hall, still wearing her lovely smile.
A short video titled ‘YoonA heading back to home after a concert’ was uploaded on an online community board. The clip showed YoonA waving her hand at the fans who were waiting for her with a brigh smile, and even sent hand kisses to fans without any trace of exhaustion.

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon flaunts her lovely charms as the muse of cosmetic product ‘Janus’ in her recent pictorial for fashion magazine, ‘High Cut’.
Taeyeon displayed a variety of looks from innocent and girly looks to a more mature and sophisticated image. She also introduced two different styles of makeup; one for daytime and one for nighttime, highlighting her golden locks, shiny complexion and flawless beauty.
