Psy heats up Dodger Stadium with surprise performance of “Gangnam Style”

Psy‘s “Gangnam Style” phenomenon has hit Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California. The artist previously posted on Twitter hinting at his possible appearance at the baseball game.

On the 20th PST, Psy did indeed attend the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. San Francisco Giants baseball game with his acquaintances. After the end of the 5th inning, “Gangnam Style” was played across the stadium after which Psy jumped up to perform his signature “horse riding” dance in front of 43,000 people who cheered him on.

It’s reported that when the song first came on, Psy seemed to hesitate for a brief second, but as soon as his face appeared on the giant screen, he whipped out his sunglasses, put on a comedic facial expression, and started dancing, providing an entertaining show for the whole crowd. Dodger Stadium is known for playing the most popular songs during “dance time” for the baseball fans to sing along to and enjoy.
